Delete a child profile
Open the parent area in Read Wilder, select the profile, and choose the delete option. This removes that profile’s nickname, reading level, progress, preferences, and achievements from the device. This action cannot be undone.
Delete all local app data
Remove each profile in the parent area or delete the app from the device. Apple device backups may retain app data according to the family’s iCloud and device-backup settings.
Purchase and subscription information
Apple controls payment and billing records. Manage a subscription through Apple Account settings. For questions about the limited purchase-verification records Read Wilder holds, email us using the link below from the parent or purchaser’s address.
Submit a privacy request
Email support@readwilder.com with the subject “Read Wilder privacy request.” Do not include a child’s full name, birth date, or other sensitive information. We may ask for limited details needed to locate purchase records and verify the requester.
No advertising opt-out needed
Read Wilder does not use third-party advertising, targeted advertising, or behavioral tracking, so there is no advertising profile to opt out of and we do not sell personal information.
