1. Parent agreement and supervision
By allowing a child to use Read Wilder, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for choosing age-appropriate content, reviewing offline missions, and providing supervision appropriate to the child and surroundings.
2. What Read Wilder provides
Read Wilder offers stories, reflection prompts, and offline activity ideas for educational and entertainment purposes. It does not replace school instruction, professional educational advice, or adult judgment. We do not guarantee a particular learning outcome.
3. Safe offline adventures
Choose a safe and lawful place for every mission. Do not enter restricted property, approach hazards, handle unknown plants or animals, or let the app distract from traffic or surroundings. Skip or adapt any mission that is not appropriate.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some stories or features may require an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription purchased by a parent through Apple. The App Store shows the price and trial terms, if any, before purchase. Apple charges the account and handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Read Wilder for personal, noncommercial family use. Do not copy or redistribute its content, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
6. Ownership
Read Wilder, including its stories, artwork, software, branding, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the app as intended.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features and content. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms and will post a new effective date when we do.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Read Wilder is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Read Wilder at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Subscription cancellation remains subject to Apple’s processes.
